We use state of the art satellite navigation to monitor, communicate and assign work to our engineers. The system we use is a web based interface linked in to our dairy system supplied by TomTom.

The WebFleet system allows to view in real-time where each of our engineers are, their current location, distance from their destination, estimated time of arrival as well as information on the jobs they are doing each day.

We automatically send jobs to them from our diary system and the engineer by pressing buttons on his in vehicle device can inform us instantly of the status of a job and also communicate back and forth to the office using text messaging through the TomTom device.
