Our team of Installers, engineers, plumbers and apprentices are all college trained and industry quallifed and where necessary registered with the relevent trade organisations. Our teams benefit from being manufacturer trained by companies for which we are accredited repair agents or installers.
We are always on the look out for the right people to join our dynamic office and call centre team and as we continue to grow and take on new contracts we often require new field based heating & plumbing engineers to cover the expanding geographical area we cover.
Technical Heating Call Centre Agent: -
Joining a team that is responsible for advising Gas Safe Registered engineers.
The job role consists of answering inbound calls from engineers on site; Helping with diagnostic tests to resolve issues that relate to installation, commissioning servicing and repair of new high efficiency gas boilers. The successful candidate/s will be given full training, however a background in, or knowledge of electronics or condensing gas boiler servicing and repair would be an advantage.
Successful applicants will need to have excellent communication and telephone skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. This position is permanent and full time during office hours, Monday to Friday. Own transport is essential and pay is negotiable and based on age and experience.
Customer Service Call Centre Agent: -
Joining a team that advises householders about problems with their heating.
The job role consists of answering inbound calls from householders; Helping and advising the public to resolve simple issues that relate their gas boilers. The successful candidate/s will be given full training in house and from our clients to deal with frequently asked question about new, current and old products. Our agents are the first point of contact the customer has, good listening skills are essential as well as confidence in using a telephone and PC. Successful applicants will need to have excellent communication and skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. This position is permanent and during office hours, Monday to Friday as well as Saturday mornings (paid as overtime). Own transport is essential and pay is negotiable and based on age and experience.

We are looking for Experienced Heating Breakdown Engineers: -
Area 1 – Swindon (Covering all SN postcodes & westbound M4 corridor towards Bristol)
Area 2 – Taunton (M5 corridor south of Bristol)
Full time permanent position working Monday – Friday during normal hours (No Overtime)
Salary negotiable based on knowledge/experience, qualifications and age
