After many years running two separate and successful Plumbing, Heating and Installation companies, Brothers Scott and Gordon Johnston merge their separate companies to form Johnston Scotia Limited. This restructuring and immediate growth allows for internal capital investment in new technology, vehicles, telecommunications equipment and IT systems to enable the new company to deliver high levels of customer service and to place itself on a firm foundation to trade through the financial downturn in the economy and grow over the next 5 years.

In order to improve quality of customer service Johnston Scotia revamps their Annual Boiler maintenance contracts.

ScotiaCare has been a popular way to spread the cost of an annual boiler service and cover heating systems against breakdown for many years.
